Mauritz von Einem is a PhD candidate at the Ludwig Maximilians University (Munich) and a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich, Department for Business and Tax Law (Prof. Dr Dr h. c. Wolfgang SchÜn). His main areas of interest are international and European tax law, in particular taxation issues arising from the migration of intangible assets. He studied law and business administration in Germany (GÜttingen) and Switzerland (Geneva).
